ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy and co-innovation for its most strategic AI partnerships, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and NVIDIA. This is a dual-mandate role combining product marketing with go-to-market leadership.
You will partner deeply with product management and engineering to shape, position, and message co-innovations built on frontier models and NVIDIA's accelerated computing platform. On the go-to-market side, you will build joint-selling and joint-GTM motions including narratives, proof points, sales plays, and field enablement that bring co-innovations to market with partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own joint GTM and co-innovation strategy across AI partnerships (OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA)
- Carry equal product and go-to-market responsibility, partnering with product and engineering teams
- Develop differentiated value propositions and proof points by partner, crafting narratives and messaging for CIO/CISO, CDAO, and CFO personas
- Lead co-innovation GTM plays end-to-end, from concept through technical demo, field enablement, and pipeline attribution
- Build joint-selling enablement and field marketing assets including First Call Decks, battlecards, and technical demo flows
- Align sales, product, and partner teams on unified co-innovation narratives
- Feed frontier-AI market intelligence into product planning and roadmap conversations
- Represent marketing in customer engagements and serve as the go-to expert on ServiceNow's AI partner story
- Travel up to 25% to support sales efforts and industry events
You will work cross-functionally with product managers, partner marketing, partner sales teams, and be the product marketing lead for ServiceNow at sponsored third-party AI events and conferences.
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years in enterprise product marketing, product management, or sales engineering
- 4+ years working with enterprise software platforms; AI experience required, ideally bringing AI-powered solutions to market
- Working fluency in the frontier-AI and accelerated-computing landscape (LLMs, foundation models, inference, GPUs); familiarity with NVIDIA ecosystem a strong plus
- Experience partnering with product and engineering to shape and launch products—not just market them
- Proven ability to build sales plays and enablement content grounded in seller and customer insights
- Expert, strategic storyteller who can craft simple, memorable narratives for both technical and executive audiences
- Track record of developing polished, C-suite-ready presentations and sales assets
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to customers and executives
