Xendit is a Southeast Asian payment infrastructure company processing millions of transactions monthly for SMEs and enterprises. The company provides APIs, eCommerce integrations, and applications for payments, marketplace operations, payroll disbursement, loans, KYC solutions, and fraud prevention. Backed by top-tier VCs and Y Combinator, Xendit is expanding across Greater China and LATAM.
You will drive the next generation of XenPlatform, one of Xendit's most complex products in its payment processing stack. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution: you'll set overall product direction to serve marketplaces and platforms across all regions, break down complex problems for engineering teams, and own the full product lifecycle from strategy through delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and communicate overall product strategy and roadmap, balancing competing stakeholder requests and clearly articulating prioritization frameworks to senior leadership
- Conduct deep customer research across enterprise segments (marketplaces, embedded finance, SaaS platforms) to inform longer-term roadmap decisions
- Partner with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and GTM teams to define ideal customer profiles (ICP) for Xendit's focus
- Design intuitive experiences across APIs and the Xendit Dashboard to help merchants monitor platform performance and reconcile data accurately
- Build scalable account structures that reflect how enterprise merchants' organizations operate
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features on schedule, ensuring XenPlatform matches or exceeds market standards
You'll have full ownership of your team's strategy, priorities, and outcomes, with autonomy to define the next phase of XenPlatform.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech and/or B2B products
- Experience in payments processing (acquiring/issuing) or cross-border payouts
- Experience with onboarding and KYC/KYB flows
- Track record of driving roadmap and execution across cross-functional teams, owning north-star metrics such as TPV, conversion, or retention
- Strong understanding of technical, regulatory, and operational challenges of building global financial products
- Clear, concise communication style that adapts to different audiences
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to understand customer behavior and inform decisions
- Strong commercial acumen with judgment to balance commercial and product requirements
