Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for Secret Server and vault/secrets capabilities within their Identity Security Platform. You will drive the vision for privileged access management (PAM) solutions, with a primary focus on developing tooling to help on-premises customers upgrade to the Delinea Platform. In this role, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, product marketing, and product leadership to shape the future of PAM workflows. Key responsibilities include: owning key roadmap areas for Secret Server and related PAM capabilities; deeply understanding customer privileged access and credential management challenges and translating them into product requirements; collaborating on secure, intuitive workflows covering credential vaulting, session management, access approvals, auditing, and reporting; maintaining and prioritizing backlogs that balance new features, security enhancements, and strategic investments; contributing to overall product strategy and roadmap alignment; serving as a product evangelist for PAM solutions to support sales, marketing, and customer success; and partnering with product marketing on value propositions and go-to-market plans. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll regularly engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Product Management and involves up to 25% travel. Required qualifications: 5+ years of product management or product owner experience using Agile methodologies, working with customers of all sizes; experience with IT systems (on-premises and cloud); understanding of cybersecurity and Identity and Access Management concepts; experience building and delivering SaaS software. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar preferred; Master's degree a plus. Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications are a plus.
