Binance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the convergence of traditional finance and cryptocurrency within the Binance Earn platform. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for TradFi offerings including ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, and structured products (dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, and options-linked instruments).
Key responsibilities include:
**TradFi Product Development**: Own planning and execution of Binance Earn's TradFi product line. Manage the full lifecycle from market research and requirement analysis through PRD writing, design, launch, and iteration. Research traditional finance market trends and user needs to bridge TradFi investment scenarios with the crypto platform. Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory feasibility across regions. Explore crypto × TradFi convergence opportunities including Real World Assets (RWA), tokenized equities/funds, and stablecoin yield products.
**Structured Options Products**: Lead design and operations of structured options products including Dual Investment, Snowball, and Shark Fin structures. Partner with Quant and Market Maker teams to define product rules, payoff structures, and key parameters (strike price, APR, tenor, knock-in/knock-out levels). Continuously optimize pricing parameters and yield curves to enhance competitiveness. Dynamically adjust product launch strategies based on market conditions and volatility to optimize TVL and conversion rates.
**Cross-Functional Delivery & Growth**: Drive end-to-end product delivery using agile practices. Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams. Track and analyze key metrics (TVL, AUM, conversion rate, retention, volume, revenue) to drive data-informed iteration. Collect user feedback and monitor competitor offerings to maintain market competitiveness.
Required qualifications: 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products with hands-on TradFi experience in ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, or brokerage/trading. Practical understanding of structured products and options payoff structures. Full product lifecycle management experience preferably in agile environments. Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making skills. Working proficiency in English for cross-border collaboration.
Preferred: Product Management experience in funds or equities, knowledge of financial options and derivatives, familiarity with crypto × TradFi trends (RWA, tokenized assets, DeFi), blockchain/Web3 experience, PMP certification.
