Jobber is a SaaS platform helping small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, painters, landscapers) manage their operations through quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments. The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of Jobber Supply—a new product area connecting the supply chain directly into Jobber's platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end supply product strategy, spanning supplier catalog integrations, real-time and account-specific pricing, materials and cost management, and purchase orders. You'll work across a broad product surface while partnering closely with Business Development on live supplier partnerships with major North American supply partners. The core mission is helping service professionals understand job profitability by connecting material sourcing, pricing, and tracking into their everyday workflows. Key responsibilities include: - Building deep understanding of how home service businesses source, price, order, and track materials - Driving complex, business-critical supply product initiatives with clear vision, strategy, and roadmap - Prioritizing opportunities that balance customer needs, supplier partner requirements, and Jobber's business goals - Partnering across departments (BD, Sales, Success, Product Marketing) to launch and scale initiatives - Defining and monitoring key metrics (discovery, adoption, revenue, engagement) to track success - Engaging service professionals and supplier partners to influence roadmap decisions and manage trade-offs - Operating comfortably across a broad product surface rather than specializing in a single area You'll be working in zero-to-one territory, identifying where material workflows break down and where the biggest opportunities exist to make Jobber the obvious place where materials and workflows drive profitability. Requirements: - 5+ years of product management experience with evidence of shipping real products and seeing them through to long-term outcomes - Track record taking a new product or product area from zero to one: shaping strategy amid ambiguity, validating with customers, earning adoption - Demonstrated ability to influence roadmap decisions across teams you don't own, using customer evidence and business cases - Experience building on or integrating with external platforms and partners (catalogs, APIs, commerce, marketplace-style products) - Comfort operating across a broad product surface rather than going deep on a single area Bonus experience: - Home services, construction, distribution, or supply chain environments - Partnership or BD-adjacent product work with external partner roadmap alignment - Pricing, job costing, or margin-focused products
