ezCater is the leading food tech platform for workplaces in the US, connecting over 125,000 restaurants with organizations seeking flexible meal solutions. The company serves both sides of the marketplace: workplaces managing employee meal programs and one-off catering needs, and restaurant partners seeking to grow their business through high-value customer acquisition.
As Senior Product Manager for the Supplier Platform, you will own the vision and roadmap for the restaurant partner experience on ezCater. Your focus will be building the data structures, backend services, and reporting capabilities that enable restaurant partners to efficiently grow their business and make data-driven decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and evangelizing the restaurant partner platform roadmap using research and data
- Leading cross-functional initiatives with Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, and other Product Managers
- Building deep customer empathy and becoming the champion for restaurant partner needs
- Designing data structures and services that deliver personalized, best-in-class reporting experiences
- Identifying innovation opportunities and implementing strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Creating and monitoring success metrics that measure platform impact
- Collaborating across teams to define, prioritize, and build new features and improved user experiences
You will work remotely with quarterly travel to Boston (up to 5 days per quarter) for planning sessions, business reviews, and team gatherings.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with marketplace background. You should have hands-on experience designing and implementing platform services, strong analytical skills with comfort manipulating data, and proven ability to innovate on behalf of customers rather than maintaining status quo. Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills are essential, as you'll spend significant time working across functional areas.
