As Senior Product Manager for Reporting & Insights, you will own the vision and roadmap for the restaurant partner reporting platform—both in-product analytics and externally-facing APIs that enable partners to access and integrate their business data. Your mission is to empower restaurant partners to grow their business on ezCater by providing them with actionable insights and the tools to pull data into their own systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the long-term vision for the Reporting & Insights platform, creating a best-in-class reporting suite
- Expanding reporting capabilities and delivering insights tailored to restaurant partner needs
- Leading cross-functional product initiatives with Design, Research, Engineering, Data, and other Product Managers
- Conducting user research and building deep empathy for restaurant partners; becoming their champion
- Defining success metrics and monitoring ongoing performance
- Leveraging AI to provide relevant recommendations and insights
- Evangelizing the roadmap through compelling storytelling backed by research and data
- Identifying innovation opportunities to keep the marketplace ahead of competition
You will travel to Boston quarterly for planning sessions and business reviews. This is a fully remote role with a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
