Sword Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Pulse product line, part of their AI-native healthcare platform. Pulse represents a core component of Sword's vision to deliver 24/7 AI-powered care spanning physical activity, therapeutic exercise, psychotherapy, nutrition, and behavior change.
As Senior PM, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pulse, working cross-functionally with clinical teams, engineers, designers, and go-to-market stakeholders. You'll be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features based on clinical evidence and user outcomes, and ensuring the product delivers measurable health impact for enterprise clients and individual members.

You will operate at the intersection of clinical rigor, AI capability, and user experience—translating medical reasoning and safety requirements into compelling product experiences. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries. You should have a track record of shipping complex products, comfort with clinical/regulatory contexts, and a passion for healthcare outcomes.
