ezCater is the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US, connecting over 125,000 restaurants with organizations seeking flexible meal solutions. The company serves both sides of the marketplace: workplaces benefit from scalable employee meal programs and meeting catering backed by 24/7 service, while restaurant partners gain access to high-value customers and large orders. As Senior Product Manager for Post Order Experience, you will own the complete product strategy and execution for the post-order customer journey. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on improving customer retention, self-service capabilities, and marketplace ecosystem health. You'll drive innovation across order management, visibility, reviews, rewards, and reordering experiences—identifying behavioral levers that increase stickiness while reducing support burden. Key responsibilities include: developing and evangelizing a compelling post-order roadmap using data and research; building deep customer empathy and becoming the voice of the user; leading cross-functional initiatives with Design, Research, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Customer Service; identifying innovation opportunities to maintain competitive advantage; and owning KPIs that measure success. You'll set hypotheses, run iterative experiments, and continuously optimize outcomes in your domain. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing e-commerce, with marketplace and post-order experience preferred. You should demonstrate proven ability to innovate on behalf of customers, strong analytical skills with comfort manipulating data, fluency with AI tools (Claude, design prototyping), and excellent cross-functional collaboration. Quarterly travel to Boston for planning sessions and business reviews is expected (up to 5 days per quarter).
