Sprinter Health is reimagining home-based healthcare delivery, having supported 2M+ patients across 22 states with 130,000+ in-home visits and a 92 NPS. The company combines in-home and virtual care powered by an AI platform, serving 70%+ of the US population efficiently. Major health plans are customers, and the company is backed by a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel with $125M+ raised.
As Senior Product Manager for the Clinical Platform, you will architect the foundational layer that enables composable, configurable healthcare at scale. Your core responsibilities include:
**Platform Primitives & Service Composition**: Define how care services compose at a platform level—what each service requires, what it produces, and how services combine across licensure, modality, and supply source. This abstraction determines whether launching a new care pathway takes a month of engineering or an afternoon of configuration.
**Patient Record & Identity**: Own the validated patient record as the single source of truth. You will design the schema, validation rules, and manage all integrations writing into it. This includes navigating healthcare standards like FHIR and LOINC.
**Authoring Surface for Non-Engineers & AI**: Build tools enabling clinical strategy teams, partnerships, and AI agents to compose new care pathways without engineering tickets. This is critical as AI agents increasingly design bespoke patient pathways.
**Extended Networks Platform**: Lead a new initiative bringing external clinical partners on-platform to expand geographic reach and service mix while maintaining quality and patient experience parity.
You will work across 25+ states, 2M+ patients, first-party and contracted clinical supply, health plan customers, and growing clinical vendor partnerships. The role requires comfort with strategic vision-setting, multi-year roadmapping, and the discipline of saying no to competing demands from five consuming teams.
Required: 6+ years of product management with at least two roles owning platform, infrastructure, or API products. You must have hands-on experience abstracting hard-coded behavior into configurable, data-driven systems. You should have designed core entities, shipped versioned interfaces, and managed deprecation of dependencies. Platform experience in high-stakes environments (payments, fintech, identity, security, logistics, marketplaces) translates directly; healthcare experience is optional but valuable.
