Aiwyn is a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming how accounting firms manage their entire revenue lifecycle. Backed by top-tier investors including Bessemer, KKR, and Revolution, the company is building category-defining technology for the accounting software space.
As Senior Product Manager for Platform, you will own product strategy and execution across two critical areas: (1) Implementations—the systems, tooling, and workflows that onboard firms from signed contract to full production, and (2) Platform infrastructure and productivity tooling that enables all teams at Aiwyn.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the implementation roadmap, identifying and eliminating time-consuming and risky steps in the go-live process
- Converting manual, engineer-dependent setup work into self-serve product experiences (configuration tools, data migration, mapping, admin controls)
- Conducting deep customer research with Implementation Managers and firms; observing real go-lives to understand pain points
- Bringing product discipline to infrastructure and internal productivity tooling, focusing on reliability and developer experience
- Defining and tracking implementation health metrics (time to go-live, escalation volume, manual touchpoints)
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams
You will need 5–8 years of product management experience with demonstrated excellence in roadmapping, customer problem discovery, and shipping software. Strong execution skills, clarity of communication, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity are essential. Nice-to-haves include experience with implementation/onboarding tooling, data migration, infrastructure/developer tools, or startup environments.
