Salary: BRL 23,076 - 42,307 / annual

Wise is a global fintech company on a mission to make international money movement frictionless and affordable. As Senior Product Manager for PIX, you will own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Wise's PIX payment infrastructure in Brazil—one of the company's most critical growth engines in the region. You will be the driving force behind bridging international transfers with local payment convenience, ensuring that adding, converting, sending, and spending money feels instantaneous. Your responsibilities include: • Owning the PIX vision and strategy as a seamless infrastructure that scales to millions of users and businesses • Leading end-to-end product development, from conception through launch and optimization • Solving complex technical and operational challenges at the intersection of global payment systems and Brazilian regulatory requirements • Translating regulatory complexity into elegant, user-centric payment flows • Driving regional revenue and customer retention by optimizing core payment rails • Working closely with world-class engineering and analytics teams to overcome architectural hurdles and delivery bottlenecks • Engaging directly with users to validate product decisions and keep customer needs at the center of the roadmap Wise values autonomous builders. You will have the freedom to define vision and make your own calls, with full accountability to see them through. You'll work in a high-performance, agile environment with significant autonomy and support. Required qualifications: • Proven career as a dedicated product manager with a track record of shipping complex products • Hands-on experience building, scaling, or owning PIX products end-to-end at a company with a Brazilian payments license • Strong engineering adjacency—demonstrated ability to work closely with engineers on technical delivery • Deep experience in high-performance agile setups • Data fluency and structured thinking to validate decisions and distill complex problems • Customer-centric mindset with direct user engagement • Fluent English Wise offers a competitive package including RSUs, flexible working (in-office most days first 6 months, then 3+ days/week), annual self-development budget, health/dental allowance, life insurance, 30 days vacation plus additional time off, paid parental leave, and other benefits.
