Tabby is a fintech platform reshaping how people shop, earn, and save. With over 25 million users and $18 billion in annual transaction volume, Tabby is the largest and fastest-growing fintech in the GCC region. The company pioneered BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) and is now expanding aggressively into consumer lending, with Saudi Arabia as its largest market.
You will be the Senior Product Manager owning the personal loans business from the ground up in Saudi Arabia, with full P&L responsibility. This is a strategic, high-impact role—not a feature-level position.
Key responsibilities:
**Product Definition**: Define the lending products launched in KSA and across Tabby's other markets. You will own eligibility criteria, loan tenors, credit limits, repayment structures, and every edge case in the customer journey.
**P&L Ownership**: You own revenue and cost. You will set profit rates and pricing, build the business case, commit to financial targets, and explain monthly performance variance.
**Compliance & Legal Integration**: Work closely with legal, compliance, and external partners to ensure products stay compliant without compromising customer experience. You must be comfortable navigating regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
**Billing & Servicing Logic**: Define billing logic, repayment options, early settlement terms, late fees, and collections handoffs. This is detailed, precise work requiring close collaboration with engineering to specify every case and its handling.
**Strategy**: Set the 12- and 24-month vision for the business. Decide which customer segments to serve, what to build next, and what to deliberately avoid.
This role requires someone who can balance product vision with operational rigor, regulatory compliance with user experience, and ambition with precision.
**Requirements**:
- Saudi Arabia residency and familiarity with the local market and culture
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (credit or lending product experience is most valuable; strong fintech or tech product experience also qualifies)
- Proven track record managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products
- Meticulous attention to detail (products handle people's money; precision is non-negotiable)
- Comfort working with risk, compliance, and legal teams to navigate product approval processes
- Resilience and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic
