Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of its patient messaging solution, a platform that facilitates millions of care conversations monthly across multiple countries. Launched in Italy in 2021, this established messaging platform connects healthcare professionals with their patients and is now expanding across Europe.
In this role, you will define and execute the long-term product strategy for patient messaging and communication services. You'll lead cross-functional teams through technical transformations, including architecture improvements and AI integration. Your responsibilities include driving scalability of patient relationship management tools across multiple countries, collaborating with senior stakeholders to align product vision with business objectives, and overseeing integration with innovative products like AI-phone assistants and document sharing capabilities.
You'll work with a dynamic team of full-stack developers based in Milan and Berlin, focusing on productivity improvements and enhancing healthcare professional satisfaction. The role involves strategic product leadership with hands-on involvement in technical decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record in senior product management roles with strategic impact
- Experience designing, launching, and scaling technical products in SaaS or B2B environments, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach to product decisions
- Technical knowledge and experience with distributed systems and platform architecture
- Fluency in English and readiness to work in fast-paced, international environment
- Highly recommended: Italian language proficiency for Milan location
- Preferred: Experience with AI-powered product development and knowledge of healthcare technology or regulated industries
