You will own the Partner Platform as a product, including the partner API, internal admin APIs, and white-label partner projects. You will deeply understand the partner landscape and integration archetypes, identify the largest product opportunities, and translate them into a clear, prioritized roadmap. You will lead the entire product lifecycle—discovery, prioritization, implementation with engineering, launch, and measurement—with the goal of creating fast, repeatable, and increasingly self-service onboarding so new partners go live in days rather than weeks.
You will work closely with engineering, platform teams, sales, and partners, establishing an AI-first approach within the team. You report directly to leadership.
Success milestones include: by month 3, you will have mastered the partner landscape, tech stack, and API products while delivering your first onboarding improvement and establishing a clear OKR-based roadmap; by month 6, you will independently manage the product lifecycle and deliver measurable improvements in time-to-live and partner satisfaction; by month 12, the partner base will have grown significantly with repeatable, self-service onboarding and an established AI-first team approach.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8 years of product management experience, with ownership of products from discovery through measurable outcomes

- Proven experience scaling partner, integration, or B2B2C products; understanding of fast, repeatable, self-service onboarding
- Data-driven approach: prioritization by impact, OKR-based planning, success measured by metrics like time-to-live and partner satisfaction
- AI-native mindset: confident use of AI tools and ability to establish an AI-first working approach in the team
- Ownership mentality; comfort with ambiguity; ability to work at high velocity in emerging processes
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-have: experience in energy markets or other regulated industries; white-label product experience; technical background (engineering or data); experience with self-service onboarding and developer experience.
