Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 / annual
EliseAI is an AI-first company improving housing and healthcare by integrating AI agents into existing workflows. The company recently raised a $250M Series E and is scaling rapidly.
You will own the strategy and execution of EliseAI's knowledge systems—both customer-facing and internal. This role combines content strategy, systems thinking, and AI tooling to ensure the organization's knowledge stays accurate, current, and discoverable as the company grows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and owning the strategy and roadmap for external help center and internal knowledge hub experiences
- Ensuring coverage, structure, freshness, accuracy, and findability of customer-facing documentation
- Improving the internal knowledge hub and AI answer surface used by Support and Solutions Engineering teams
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Support, and Implementation to build workflows that turn support tickets, product releases, and lifecycle changes into reliable knowledge
- Defining and tracking standards for knowledge quality, coverage, usage, and adoption
- Building repeatable processes to capture knowledge from product managers, engineers, solutions engineers, and implementation leads
- Using AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to design prompts, prototype workflows, and improve knowledge creation and maintenance
- Building cross-functional trust and making it easy for subject-matter experts to contribute without friction
The role reports to the Head of Product Excellence and sits on the Product Excellence team. You will have full autonomy and ownership of your impact, with no micromanagement. The company emphasizes moving fast, building at scale, and delivering precision on real client problems.
Requirements:
- Experience in knowledge strategy, content operations, product operations, or related function
- Excellent writing skills with ability to translate complex technical information into clear, useful content
- Strong systems thinking and instinct to solve recurring problems through scalable processes
- Comfort using AI tools, designing prompts, and building lightweight workflows
- Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Support, and Implementation without direct authority
- Strong judgment and ability to earn trust with senior technical and operational stakeholders
- Experience extracting structured, useful input from busy subject-matter experts
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and coverage as organization scales
- Willingness to work in-office 4–5 days per week
Nice to have:
- Prior ownership of documentation or knowledge surface at an AI-first company
- Exposure to RAG evaluation, retrieval quality, or LLM evaluation frameworks
- Experience in SaaS or vertical AI
- Experience running knowledge programs across fast-shipping product organizations
