Babylist Money is a new business line serving families beyond the registry phase. Early Investor, launched in July 2026, enables parents to connect college savings accounts to Babylist funds for loved ones to contribute directly. This Senior PM role owns the Early Investor product end-to-end, from monetization strategy through growth and retention.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing the monetization strategy (transaction fees, partnerships, physical products, integrated experiences); driving top-of-funnel growth through experimentation and measurement; building sticky product features that bring families back to Babylist (birthdays, college savings milestones, seasonal moments); and working as a true partner with engineering to ship, measure, and iterate rapidly.
You will own the roadmap, define success metrics, and communicate outcomes to leadership in a structured way. The role reports to the PM/GM leading the Babylist Money business on a growing team.
Ideal candidates are outcome-obsessed, with proven experience owning roadmaps and building zero-to-one products. You think in terms of revenue impact and measurable results, not shipped features. You're growth-minded by instinct, data-driven by default, technically hands-on with engineering, and a strong communicator with clear points of view. B2C experience is a plus. You naturally reach for AI to make your work more effective.
Why this role: Early Investor is live with real signal—you're accelerating something already working, not starting from zero. Babylist Money is early enough that your fingerprints will be on the monetization model, growth playbook, and product hooks. The team lead grew a comparable zero-to-one business to $60M. Leadership moves fast and expects the same, giving real autonomy to build bottoms-up.
