CreatorIQ is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Metrics & Measurement to join the Content & Measurement team. This is a hands-on role focused on how CreatorIQ measures content performance across social platforms. You will own three core areas: defining what each platform's metrics mean, unifying data from multiple platforms into a single trustworthy measurement product, and shaping the analytics surfaces customers rely on daily. Key responsibilities include: - Define metric and data requirements for each platform integration, partnering with product managers owning platform partnerships - Document how each platform calculates performance metrics (reach, impressions, views, engagement rate, completion rate, platform-specific metrics) - Design cross-platform measurement logic enabling customers to compare performance across platforms in a single, trustworthy view - Specify custom metrics for customers, including exact calculations and data requirements - Write technical specifications for mapping metrics across platform APIs, covering field mapping, refresh cadence, and limitations - Validate metrics and data hands-on: writing SQL, running scripts, calling APIs directly before finalizing specifications - Track platform API changes and represent measurement requirements in partner and integration reviews - Write product requirements documents engineers can build from and prioritize the measurement roadmap You'll report to the Sr Director, Product & Engineering and play a central role in how CreatorIQ's Creator Graph™ turns fragmented platform data into a trustworthy system of record. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years in product management, or equivalent experience, including at least 2 years on a measurement, analytics, or data product - Engineering depth to work as a technical peer to engineers: able to read code, review technical design, contribute to engineering design reviews - Strong SQL skills including multi-table joins, window functions, aggregations, and common table expressions; ability to validate metrics end-to-end in data - Experience querying both analytical stores (Amazon Redshift, ClickHouse, Snowflake) and transactional stores (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) - Ability to write Python or equivalent language to test APIs, parse responses, validate datasets, prototype ideas - Ability to work directly with third-party APIs: reading documentation, building requests, authenticating, inspecting responses; working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 - Comfort on the command line: navigate shell, run scripts, read output without graphical tools - AI Capable: uses approved AI tools independently (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code for scripting/data work, language models for drafting specifications, building data-mapping tables, debugging API responses) - Working knowledge of how social platforms measure content performance (reach, impressions, views, engagement rate, video completion rate, audience demographics) - Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical constraints for non-technical colleagues and business requirements for engineers NICE TO HAVE: - Direct experience with major social platform APIs (Meta Graph API, TikTok API, YouTube Data API) - Experience managing relationships with external platforms, vendors, or data providers - Experience at influencer marketing platforms, social media management platforms, or social analytics companies - Familiarity with data warehouse schema design - Experience defining or auditing engagement rate or similar calculated metrics in customer-facing products
