Traba is building an AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor staffing for manufacturing and logistics. The company connects workers to warehouse and manufacturing facilities across the country, leveraging proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst. You will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace, working across enterprise customers (distribution centers, manufacturing lines) and workers. You'll report directly to the VP of Product and collaborate with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, operations, and field teams. Key responsibilities include: architecting product strategy across staffing and marketplace workflows; solving complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering; building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency; using data to uncover patterns and answer critical questions; translating operational complexity into scalable product systems; designing internal tooling and technical solutions; launching and iterating products across customers and regions; visualizing and communicating complex ideas; and socializing work across all levels and departments. The role requires deep customer obsession—you spend time on-site with both customers and workers. You operate as an AI-native, changing how you work because of AI (prototyping before specs, checking code, building internal agents). You have genuine marketplace operator experience with supply/demand dynamics, liquidity, matching systems, incentives, fulfillment, and trust. You've built enterprise B2B products for complex customers with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles. You think from first principles, understand systems and constraints deeply, and have built operational products or internal tools that powered real businesses. You're a builder with a scrappy mentality, moving quickly and embracing ambiguity. You work seamlessly across functions and know how to align stakeholders. Requirements: 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager; evidence of shipping products that materially moved business outcomes; strong experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics; experience building enterprise products with multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments; experience building internal operational tooling or systems that supported real business execution; strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams; experience operating in startup environments where speed and ownership matter; desire to work at a startup and cover an exceptionally wide surface area; strong work ethic and desire to build a category-defining company.
