Traba is building an AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor staffing for manufacturing and logistics. The company has embedded itself in customer operations through workforce solutions and is now expanding into broader operational workflows. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba leverages proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships.
As Senior Product Manager for Marketplace, you will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace, balancing enterprise customers (distribution centers, manufacturing facilities) with worker supply. You report directly to the VP of Product.
Key responsibilities include: architecting product strategy across staffing and marketplace workflows; solving complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering to execute; building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency; using data to uncover patterns and answer critical questions; translating operational complexity into scalable product systems; designing internal tooling to scale operations; launching and iterating products across customers and regions; and communicating complex ideas across all organizational levels.
You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, other product managers, operations teams, and field teams to design and ship practical solutions into industrial facilities.
Ideal candidates bring 5-7 years of PM experience with evidence of shipping products that materially moved business outcomes. Required expertise includes deep experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply/demand dynamics; building enterprise products for multi-stakeholder customers with complex operational environments; building internal operational tooling or systems; strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering; startup environment experience; and a builder mentality with strong work ethic.
