inDrive is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the loyalty and engagement strategy for its driver community. In a competitive ride-sharing market, the role focuses on building long-term driver relationships beyond fair earnings through innovative product experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the complete roadmap for driver loyalty and engagement initiatives, including gamification, rewards programs, and community features - Design game mechanics such as badges, leaderboards, status tiers, and personalized challenges to enhance the daily driving experience - Build tiered loyalty programs that recognize and reward active, high-quality drivers with tangible benefits and clear growth pathways - Create features that foster community and social connection among drivers, transforming inDrive from a transactional app into a platform where drivers feel belonging - Define, track, and grow key metrics including driver retention rates, trip frequency per driver, and driver churn reduction - Champion driver insights by collaborating with research, data, and regional teams to understand non-monetary motivations and translate them into product features The role measures success through improvements in driver retention, increased trip frequency, and reduced churn. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, research, and localized regional teams to execute global product initiatives. Requirements: - 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in mobile apps, two-sided marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or mobility services, with proven track record of owning end-to-end product streams from strategy to deployment - Strong expertise in behavioral design and engagement systems, including gamification mechanics (badges, leaderboards, status tiers, personalized challenges) and structured reward programs - Ability to build long-term product roadmaps focused on non-monetary driver motivation, lifetime value (LTV), trip frequency growth, and driver churn reduction - Solid quantitative skills with experience using data to measure platform health, track retention metrics, run A/B experiments, and evaluate engagement funnels - Passion for translating user research and driver feedback into product features that build community and solve core driver needs - Exceptional stakeholder management skills with history of aligning cross-functional teams globally - Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+)
