Birdeye is the leading agentic marketing platform for multi-location brands, serving companies like H&R Block, Aspen Dental, and Caesars Entertainment. The platform uses AI agents to manage marketing across thousands of locations—handling review responses, listing updates, content publishing, and customer conversion. Backed by Marc Benioff, Jerry Yang, and Accel-KKR, Birdeye was named to G2's 2026 Best Agentic AI Products list.
In this Senior Product Manager role reporting to the SVP of Product & Customer Marketing, you will own the messaging system that defines Birdeye's narrative across all touchpoints—board decks, sales pitches, analyst calls, and customer communications. Your core responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining the messaging architecture as a single source of truth, from top-line narrative down to individual agent descriptions, ensuring consistency and clarity across four distinct audiences: board, sales, analysts, and customers.
• Driving outcome-aligned product marketing by transitioning the team from product-focused to system-focused messaging, with dedicated PMM ownership for key outcomes: Win AI Visibility, Book Appointments, and Drive Consistent CX.
• Leading analyst relations and category positioning work, including briefing narratives, evaluation responses, and category placement strategy. You'll recognize that enterprise buyers often review analyst grids before engaging directly.
• Partnering on keynote content and messaging strategy for Birdeye View, the annual customer conference where the narrative is tested in front of thousands of attendees. You'll ensure all stage messaging conforms to the core narrative.
• Maintaining disciplined, credible positioning with both founders and sales leaders, flagging uncertainty rather than overstating claims, and ensuring all external messaging is properly cleared.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years in product marketing with demonstrated repositioning experience (company, platform, or portfolio). You should be able to articulate the before state, after state, and what broke in the middle.
• Enterprise B2B SaaS background. Experience in multi-location marketing, local marketing, martech, or customer experience is a strong plus.
• Strong writing skills: short sentences, active verbs, no corporate jargon. Writing samples will be requested and carefully reviewed.
• Fluent understanding of agentic AI as a practitioner. You can explain the distinction between software that reports versus software that acts, and can communicate this to C-level executives like CMOs.
• Comfort with quantitative analysis and financial discipline. You prioritize flagging uncertainty over inventing false precision and understand which claims are cleared for external use.
• Credibility with both founders and sales leadership.
