As Senior Product Manager for Leasing, you will own the leasing product roadmap end-to-end for a revenue-carrying surface on the Leasing & Resident Experience team. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of Product, Operations, and Growth, designed for an operator-minded PM with a bias toward action and strong curiosity about how rental homes actually get leased.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Strategy & Roadmap**: Own the leasing product roadmap across retail, institutional, and build-to-rent portfolios. Lead initiatives from discovery through execution, partnering with Engineering and Design on scoping, rollout planning, and impact analysis. Keep priorities and sequencing legible across leadership, engineering, and operations.
**Leasing Funnel Performance**: Build visibility and workflow layers for the leasing funnel to clarify handoffs, service levels, and automation status. Partner with leasing operations to remove bottlenecks and help teams absorb volume without proportional headcount growth. Understand AI integration across screening, scheduling, and prospect communication to push automation where it helps and catch quality issues early.
**New Leasing Offerings**: Shape and validate new leasing products and services for self-managing landlords, from customer discovery through pricing and business modeling. Partner with Growth and go-to-market teams to move offerings from thesis to launch.
**Customer Research & Insight**: Talk directly to owners, prospects, leasing agents, and screeners. Synthesize feedback into actionable decisions and build feedback loops that keep operational signals flowing into product decisions in real time.
**Cross-functional Operations**: Serve as product counterpart to Engineering and Design, and point of contact for cross-team dependencies across sales, operations, and account management. Support prioritization by balancing strategic goals and operational capacity.
**Data & Metrics**: Own leasing funnel metrics end-to-end, including conversion, speed to lease, service-level adherence, and vacancy. Develop KPIs that surface risks and opportunities early, and identify root causes when results deviate.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a revenue-carrying product surface at a software company. Proptech, real estate, or marketplace background strongly preferred; leasing or property management context is a strong plus. You should demonstrate grit, strong roadmap and stakeholder management, comfort in operator-heavy businesses, and AI fluency.
