InDrive Money is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the acquisition, origination, and growth strategy for its lending product serving drivers across the inDrive network. This is a high-impact role owning the end-to-end customer journey during loan application, key value propositions, and conversion optimization.
InDrive Money is a lending vertical within the inDrive super-app, focused on serving under-banked audiences. The business currently operates in six countries, issuing tens of thousands of loans monthly with continued growth. The platform leverages alternative data for underwriting and transaction-based collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the loan origination process, including customer interfaces, marketing, and risk engines
- Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates through marketing and origination process optimization
- Identify and implement new acquisition placements within the super-app ecosystem
- Discover unmet customer needs and develop corresponding value propositions
- Maintain KYC and AML logic stability and regulatory compliance
- Design and execute DoX-getY promotions to reach new customer segments
- Develop long-term customer acquisition strategy for new markets and audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, support, design, finance, legal, data warehouse, analytics, and engineering teams
- Manage relationships with external providers
- Define product requirements and ensure transparent reporting to management
Key Metrics Owned:
- Conversion from pre-approved loan offer to loan disbursement
- Time-to-Money
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in banking or fintech
- Proven experience with lending products for individuals or SMEs
- Experience working with marketing engines
- Track record of launching features and products that drove conversion growth
- SQL proficiency
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical educational background (computer science, physics, mathematics, or finance)
- Python proficiency
- Experience in LATAM market, origination, or growth
- Experience collaborating with credit risk teams
