Snowflake is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Identity & Access Intelligence product line within its Security Platform team. This role owns the roadmap for role-based access control (RBAC), privilege management, identity governance, and authentication policy enforcement across Snowflake's cloud data platform. You will translate complex authorization and identity requirements into detailed product specifications, working directly with enterprise security and IAM teams to understand pain points, compliance requirements, and governance workflows. A key focus is leveraging AI to deliver intelligent access governance experiences—from privilege recommendations and access intelligence to anomaly detection—and shaping how Snowflake governs access for AI agents and non-human identities, an emerging frontier in identity security. Responsibilities include defining and tracking success metrics for IAM feature adoption, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams (compliance, legal, enterprise security) on product launches, and ensuring solutions meet industry best practices for least-privilege access in the cloud data ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of product management experience with successful launches, deep expertise in IAM concepts (RBAC, ABAC, privilege management, identity governance), and technical credibility to engage in architectural discussions around authorization models, token-based identity, and directory integrations (SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC). Experience defining and launching IAM or access control products in cloud/SaaS environments is essential, as is familiarity with enterprise IAM compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, ISO 27001). Bonus qualifications include experience with agentic AI identity, non-human identity governance, AI-driven access intelligence, continuous least-privilege enforcement, identity threat detection, and Zero Trust architectures. Strong customer empathy, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders are critical.
