Vida Health is a virtual, personalized obesity care provider combining evidence-based treatment with advanced technology. The company partners with Fortune 100 companies, national payers, and large providers to deliver comprehensive care through Obesity Medicine-Certified Physicians, Registered Dietitians, Expert Coaches, and Licensed Therapists. As Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will own the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of critical member journey phases—onboarding and retention. You'll drive engagement, retention, and health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members across Vida's clinical and behavioral programs, reporting to the Director of Member Experience. Key responsibilities include: driving growth and onboarding across landing pages, eligibility flows, and core member funnel; designing and running rigorous, data-backed experiments; architecting onboarding to reduce early drop-off; owning the member growth product backlog and roadmap; managing A/B testing and rapid experimentation; triaging bugs and ensuring product quality; partnering with Engineering and Design to maintain velocity; translating stakeholder requests into well-scoped product work; owning member experience metrics (engagement, retention, churn, activation, NPS); building and maintaining Looker and PostHog dashboards; analyzing user behavior to identify friction and drop-off patterns; designing and interpreting experiments; collaborating with Design on UX improvements; partnering with Clinical Teams to support care delivery and workflows; coordinating with other PMs for seamless handoffs; working with Marketing on re-engagement; socializing learnings across the organization; contributing to Vida 2.0 vision through insights and competitive analysis; and supporting user research infrastructure and prototype testing. This is a high-autonomy individual contributor role balancing near-term product execution with longer-term strategic vision work. You'll need strong analytical skills, comfort with SQL and product analytics tools, experience running full product lifecycles, and excellent cross-functional communication. Healthcare or digital health experience is preferred, as is familiarity with personalization, recommendation systems, behavioral design frameworks, and B2B2C product dynamics.
