Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Ground Control Systems (GCS) product line—the unified hardware and software interface through which military operators command and control Anduril's defense technology systems. This role is critical to transforming GCS from a collection of customized, mission-specific configurations into a scalable, standardized platform that serves as the common interface across Anduril's business divisions and customer base.
You will own the complete product strategy and roadmap for GCS, establishing technical baselines, identifying cross-divisional requirements, and driving adoption across multiple internal teams. Your responsibilities include conducting deep technical dives into current GCS implementations, building partnerships with engineering and technical leadership, and understanding the roadmaps and friction points of other Anduril business lines.
Key deliverables include defining and securing alignment on a 12-month GCS roadmap that prioritizes core modular hardware and software interfaces, enabling other teams to integrate easily. You will manage the entire product lifecycle—from analyzing fragmented requirements and defining the MVP, through hardware sourcing and manufacturing, software integration, launch, commercial sales enablement, and scaling. This includes consolidating disparate systems, resolving technical debt, and standardizing them into a polished, production-ready product.
You must build strong cross-functional relationships across multiple business lines, balancing unique team needs while maintaining a unified product baseline. Your work directly impacts how quickly and safely operators can make decisions in high-stakes tactical environments.
Required: 7+ years managing complex physical hardware products (ruggedized systems, edge compute, mechanical controls) tightly integrated with real-time software. Proven track record of taking fragmented, customized systems and standardizing them into scalable products. End-to-end product lifecycle mastery from requirements analysis through commercial scaling. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
