Superhuman Go is a proactive AI assistant that understands user context, works across tools where work happens, and brings together specialized agents to answer questions, create content, and take action. The company (formed from the merger of Grammarly and Coda) serves over 40 million people and 50,000 organizations.
You will own the strategy and roadmap for a major area of Superhuman Go, connecting long-term direction to focused near-term priorities. You'll develop deep understanding of how knowledge workers use AI, identify where existing assistants fall short, and determine which workflows Go can improve. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market teams to move ambiguous problems from early exploration through launch and iteration.
Key responsibilities include: defining high-quality user journeys across capabilities such as chat, orchestration, memory, agents, connectors, file handling, background work, and cross-device experiences; turning complex AI and platform capabilities into experiences that feel clear, trustworthy, and useful to everyday users and advanced builders; establishing clear measures of success using qualitative and quantitative evidence; working across Superhuman Docs, Mail, Grammarly, and external partners to ensure Go's platform addresses real product needs; and creating clarity across interconnected teams by documenting decisions and maintaining momentum.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone excited by both AI product craft and complex systems. Go sits at the center of Superhuman's product strategy, combining Grammarly's reach and proactive assistance with the context, applications, and extensibility of the broader Superhuman suite. The goal is to build an AI assistant that works wherever people work and provides useful help at the moment it is needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning complex products from discovery through launch and iteration
- Experience building AI-powered, consumer, prosumer, developer-platform, or technically sophisticated products
- Strong product judgment and ability to turn emerging technical capabilities into intuitive experiences that solve meaningful user problems
- Comfort working closely with engineers on architecture, APIs, reliability, permissions, privacy, security, and other technical tradeoffs
- Experience shipping products or platforms that span multiple teams, user journeys, or surfaces
- Analytical rigor and comfort defining metrics, interpreting imperfect data, running experiments, and balancing evidence with product intuition
- Clear communication in writing and conversation, particularly when problems are ambiguous or require difficult prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take cross-functional problems from initial insight to shipped product with limited oversight
