GeoWay is inDrive's navigation and routing infrastructure, serving 47 countries and 1,200+ cities. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the routing, ETA, and navigation roadmap across all business verticals (ride-hailing, delivery, courier). You are responsible for defending feature prioritization when competing internal teams vie for dedicated cost functions and engineering resources. Your core responsibilities include: **Roadmap & Strategy**: Lead the routing, ETA, and navigation strategy across all verticals. Sequence features and improvements while managing competing stakeholder demands backed by data. **Experimentation & Metrics**: Run a continuous A/B testing pipeline measured in seconds of ETA error, pre-pickup cancellation rates, and driver earnings per online hour. Conduct rigorous post-analysis and use results to inform roadmap decisions. **Technical Collaboration**: Partner with ML, backend, and mobile engineering teams to optimize performance within strict latency and volume budgets. Work with Design and Research to build clear, safe UI for drivers using the product at speed on low-quality screens in emerging markets. **Field Research**: Spend time in local markets (Lagos, Karachi, Jakarta, etc.) riding with drivers and couriers to observe pickup failures and routing issues in person. Translate field observations into data-driven hypotheses and validate them at scale. **Platform Stewardship**: Serve as the steward of overall network quality and route performance. Use empirical data and impact modeling to manage stakeholder expectations and decline requests that would compromise platform integrity. You will balance competing demands: technical performance vs. driver safety, feature velocity vs. system stability, and local market needs vs. global platform consistency. **Requirements:** - 5+ years in Product Management within high-volume Mapping, Ride-hailing, or Delivery businesses - Strong UX/UI instincts and ability to critically evaluate design layouts from a conversion perspective - Technical literacy and architecture awareness: base-level understanding of product architecture and client-backend interaction - Proven experience managing a continuous pipeline of concurrent A/B tests and conducting rigorous post-analysis - Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies, align teams, evaluate risk, and say "no" backed by data - English proficiency (B2/C1 or higher)
