Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 / annual
Upgrade is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Fraud Infrastructure team. In this role, you will own and drive key initiatives shaping fraud detection capabilities, third-party data integrations, and consumer verification experiences. You'll lead scrum teams and collaborate across fraud management, engineering, operations, information security, and external vendors to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product development for all of Upgrade's fraud infrastructure, including detection systems, models, third-party data integration, and consumer verification measures
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, balancing tradeoffs between conversion, fraud prevention, information security, and operational considerations
- Partner closely with the fraud management team to monitor and drive improvements on fraud KPIs
- Act as product owner for scrum teams shipping fraud platform enhancements
- Evaluate and drive implementation of new third-party data and software integrations
- Work with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

The role is hybrid-based in the San Francisco office with regular onsite work on Tuesday and Thursday.
Requirements:
- Significant expertise in fraud strategies, models, data sources, and infrastructure in a fintech environment (preferred)
- 5-7 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics, and A/B testing software
- Experience with third-party APIs and solutions integration
- Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders
