As Senior Product Manager for Fintech, you will lead the execution of the payments product roadmap, focusing on real-time payment capabilities, advanced banking options, compliance interactions, data integration, and frontend experience. You'll interact with executive stakeholders, top industry participants, financial institutions, and fintech providers to build a suite of compliant payments and banking options. Key responsibilities include: owning the payments product roadmap and associated KPIs; working with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure KYC/AML and compliance requirements are met; articulating and communicating your vision across the pod, business unit, and company; conducting market research on new payment technologies and B2B marketplace patterns; collaborating with account management, business development, and marketing teams to launch capabilities and drive adoption; working with other product managers to embed payment solutions in checkout flows and banking systems; and managing trade-offs between design, engineering, time-to-market, and customer experience. You'll bring 5+ years of product management experience in digital payments and/or banking-focused products, with proven expertise managing fintech ecosystems with multiple third-party partners. Strong understanding of B2B software, embedded finance technologies, APIs, and financial data-centric products is essential. You should have experience coordinating requirements across diverse stakeholders, banking/tech partners, and development teams, with demonstrated ability to use research, prototypes, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making. An interest in the cannabis industry and passion for finance and disruptive banking technologies is important.
