Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products to enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. This Senior Product Manager role is based in Amsterdam and sits within the FX and Cash Management team, responsible for building and scaling Adyen's financial products business by 10x over the next 2-5 years.
You will own the strategy, vision, and execution of the FX trading platform and cash management tooling. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting strategy and roadmap for the FX and cash management team, with an AI-first product development mindset
- Leading execution across Engineering, Product, Treasury, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver a globally scalable FX platform that maintains reliability and trust
- Establishing governance for FX across multiple teams and departments, defining success metrics and driving alignment
- Building a first-in-class Treasury Management System serving both customer and internal team needs
- Identifying key customer and operational pain points to shape the product roadmap
- Building and leading a high-performing product development team
Within the first 6-12 months, you will establish a clear vision and strategy for the team, identify critical pain points, and build a well-oiled product development organization capable of executing the roadmap.
The role requires comfort operating with high autonomy and ownership in ambiguous environments, strong customer-centric thinking, and the ability to translate technical complexity into customer impact. You will interact regularly with internal stakeholders across disciplines and external customers from varying cultures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years building high-scale platforms in fast-growing tech or fintech environments
- 2+ years of experience in FX and/or cash management
- Track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale
- Strong product instincts, data-based decision mindset, and focus on business impact
- Demonstrated passion for AI-forward thinking
- Ability to set vision and strategy for teams with strong initiative and self-motivation
- Clear, compelling communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and ability to move fast amid ambiguity
