Halcyon is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the endpoint product area for its advanced anti-ransomware platform. You will shape strategy, drive initiatives from problem definition through general availability, and own business outcomes and customer impact. This is a customer-facing role requiring direct engagement with enterprise security teams in roadmap reviews, executive briefings, and technical deep dives.
Key responsibilities include: defining and defending endpoint product strategy aligned with company objectives; sequencing work and making tradeoff decisions; driving initiatives through discovery, launch, and post-launch iteration; and reporting on adoption, retention, and deal impact. You will validate customer problems before committing to solutions, represent the product in customer meetings, and synthesize feedback into defensible product direction.
You will partner closely with a highly technical engineering team on requirements and architecture, work with Sales Architects on deal support and field feedback, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and UX to ensure launches land and drive adoption. You must surface risks early and drive resolution.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in product management with several years at senior level owning a product area (not feature queues); hands-on endpoint experience shipping agent-based software at scale with understanding of deployment, performance, OS behavior, telemetry, upgrades, and production issues; B2B enterprise product experience in customer-facing roles (not internal tools); technical aptitude to follow design discussions, read architecture docs, ask credible questions, and push back on engineering; ability to keep pace with highly technical teams.
The role is fully remote but includes 30-40% travel for customer engagement. Halcyon is a remote-native, distributed global team founded in 2021 by cyber industry veterans from Cylance, Accuvant, FireEye, and ISS X-Force.
