Taktile is building an Agentic Decisioning Platform for Financial Services, enabling financial institutions to automate millions of critical decisions across lending, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and other use cases. As Senior Product Manager for the Decision Engine—a core pillar of the platform—you will own strategy and long-term success for this critical component.
You will build deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and differentiation opportunities by collaborating with customer-facing teams. You'll translate customer insights into well-thought product requirements and define a compelling long-term vision for your product area, prioritizing the roadmap to reach that vision. You'll balance innovation with high reliability standards, track performance through metrics and user feedback, and identify iteration opportunities.
The role requires 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with financial services and B2B SaaS background. You should be comfortable with data-oriented and highly technical products, with an appetite to deepen technical understanding. Experience building critical, high-availability systems is a strong plus. You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build trust and influence across functions, and a track record of delivering lasting customer impact through shipping well-thought product improvements. Basic SQL proficiency is strongly preferred, and you should be hands-on, curious, and willing to challenge yourself and grow your scope.
Taktile operates with a flat hierarchy, high autonomy, and direct communication with founding team members. The company values opinions and encourages challenging the status quo. You'll learn from experienced mentors, access a network of leading tech investors and advisors (including founders of Looker, Datadog, GitHub, and UiPath), and enjoy annual company offsites. The role is based in Berlin or London, with flexibility for three days per week or more in office. Compensation includes top-of-market equity and cash packages plus self-development budget.
