Salary: USD 200,700 - 250,900 / annual
Mercury is a fintech platform providing banking, treasury, and financial workflow solutions for startups and technology companies. The Dashboard is the core home base of the product—the connective tissue linking home, search, tasks, notifications, and user priorities.
As a Senior Product Manager for Dashboard Experience, you will own the strategy and execution of Mercury's dashboard and related horizontal surfaces. Your responsibilities include:
• Take ownership of high-stakes, underdefined surfaces (Tasks, Home, Notifications) and develop a clear point of view on their design and function
• Lead a comprehensive redesign of the Mercury home page, determining what content belongs, how it evolves as customer needs change, and how it justifies its real estate
• Design unified logic and interaction patterns across tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts
• Partner closely with product teams (Command, agents, and others) that depend on Dashboard as connective tissue to drive user intent
• Set direction and prioritize a roadmap balancing user needs against dependencies from other product teams
• Collaborate with design to shape the visual and interaction language of core surfaces
• Operate independently in ambiguity, contributing to visioning, sequencing, and execution of a multi-phase dashboard overhaul
• Present strategy and tradeoffs regularly to company leadership
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
You bring 7+ years of product management experience, ideally on horizontal product or platform teams accountable for quality user experience. You have deep design taste, believing that how something looks and feels is integral to what it does. You excel at turning ambiguity into clear points of view independently, work fluidly with designers as peers, and can manage complex problems end-to-end (research, design, engineering, GTM, stakeholder management) autonomously. Fintech dashboard experience is a bonus.
