Dandy is transforming the dental industry (worth over $400B) by building an operating system for dental practices globally. The company uses sophisticated first-party CAD software to design crowns and is now bringing parts of that process to dentists themselves.
As Senior Product Manager for Crown and Bridge, you will report to the GM of Crown and Bridge and lead strategy and development of customer experiences around crown and bridge products. Your mission is to empower dentists to influence outcomes with confidence through intuitive software experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the roadmap for a defined scope within Crown and Bridge (e.g., bridge product, veneers, or chairside ordering experience)
- Translate complex internal CAD design processes into intuitive experiences for dentists
- Lead cross-functional alignment across CAD Engineering, ML, UX Design, and Manufacturing to ensure what dentists see on screen matches what gets produced
- Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to shape roadmap and identify opportunities
- Manage full product lifecycle from idea through launch, rollout planning, team training, and rapid iteration based on real operational feedback
- Combine quantitative data with qualitative insight to measure impact and refine the product
- Serve as connective tissue between design, engineering, operations, and business leadership
You'll work in a hyper-growth, customer-obsessed organization where every release lands in a live lab with real technicians, real production schedules, and real cases in flight. You'll move fluidly from high-level strategy to detailed specs and adapt quickly when the physical world pushes back.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience, managing software products through full lifecycle from MVP to general release and subsequent iterations
- Experience working with software that influences real-world movement or physical products (tech-driven physical product or operational experience)
- High bias-to-action; thrive in hyper-growth environments and comfortable moving between strategy and execution
- Clinical empathy and obsession with end-user needs; willingness to spend time in dental offices understanding how doctors interact with software

- Previous experience in Dental, MedTech, or other operationally complex, tech-driven product domains
