Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The company operates a Financial OS spanning Banking, Issuing, and Capital, powered by unified global infrastructure and banking licenses.
You will join the Credit and Data Platform team as Senior Product Manager, responsible for building and scaling an automated credit and arrears management platform that serves all of Adyen's credit products. This platform will be foundational to Adyen's next-generation financial products and enable the company to scale its financial products business 10x over the next 2-5 years.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting strategy and roadmap for the credit servicing and collections team
- Leading platform-scale execution across Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams
- Adopting a data and experimentation-first mindset with AI-forward product development approaches
- Building an automated platform that scales globally while maintaining reliability, trust, and regulatory compliance
- Translating technical complexity into customer impact and managing portfolio risk
Within 6-12 months, success means establishing clear vision and strategy for the team, identifying key customer and operational pain points, building an effective product development team, and launching core platform capabilities in collaboration with Capital and Issuing product teams.
You bring 8+ years building high-scale platforms in fast-growing tech or fintech environments, with 2+ years specifically in credit and arrears management. You have a track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale, strong product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and demonstrated passion for AI-forward thinking. You excel at setting vision and strategy, communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders, and operating with entrepreneurial bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
