As Senior Product Manager for Compliance at inDrive, you will own the platform that determines who can drive, deliver, and use the service across 47 countries. This role directly impacts user safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management while supporting the company's global expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and own the long-term compliance strategy for inDrive, securing leadership commitment and alignment.
- Own end-to-end the compliance product that decides who can take orders: document requirements by market, document processing, and access control systems.
- Partner with regional compliance teams to intake and prioritize requests against regulatory risk and business impact.
- Lead compliance readiness for new country launches and new regulatory requirements.
- Own the cost of compliance incidents, including fines, suspensions, and mass access restrictions, and drive initiatives to reduce them.
- Ensure the product meets local data-protection laws and regulatory audit requirements.
- Drive cross-functional delivery and roadmap alignment across Regional Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk, Engineering, and leadership.
This is a platform product role where you'll transform driver compliance tools into a scalable system supporting new business lines, global audits, and strict data privacy standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience at high-volume platforms (ride-hailing, on-demand marketplaces, fintech, or logistics), with focus on platform or internal products that other teams depend on.
- Experience building rules-driven products where external or policy requirements set the logic (compliance, risk, trust & safety, payments, tax). Direct experience working with legal or regulatory teams is a plus.
- Experience with products managing accounts, documents, and their statuses over time (onboarding, account management), where data quality and decision history matter.
- Experience launching or adapting products across multiple countries with different local requirements.
- Experience moving live systems onto new platforms without disrupting operations, and turning repeated one-off requests into configurable solutions.
- Ability to partner closely with engineering teams on data models, integrations, and rules configuration without needing to code.
- Highly analytical with experience making trade-offs between risk, lost supply, and cost.
- Experienced in leading alignment across business, operational, and technical teams and leadership.
- Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent).
