Quandri is building an AI operating system for North America's insurance agencies and brokerages, transforming how insurance operates through deeply specific, vertically-focused AI. The company is backed by leading US and Canadian investors and has been recognized as one of LinkedIn's Top Canadian Startups (2024 & 2025), included in Deloitte's Fast 50, CB Insights' Insurtech 50 and Fintech 100, and The Globe and Mail's Top Growing Companies in Canada.
In this role, you will own the Canadian market across Quandri's entire product portfolio, including Quoting, Analyze, Intelligence, and the shared platform. Think of this as the CEO of Quandri Canada from a product perspective. You will be accountable for understanding what Canadian customers need, deciding where to invest, and demonstrating return on investment. You'll deliver through existing product and engineering teams rather than a dedicated team, making your ability to build compelling cases and influence without authority critical to success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the success and ROI of the Canadian market across the full product portfolio
- Meet directly with Canadian customers to understand market state, workflows, and product gaps
- Build and own the investment strategy for Canada: identify unmet needs, prioritize investments, and tie resources to outcomes
- Present and justify your approach to leadership stakeholders
- Partner with the wider Product Management team and engineering leads, coordinating dependencies and ensuring delivery
- Identify and deliver quick wins, ensuring Canadian customers understand the value Quandri delivers
This is a rare opportunity to own a market with significant scope and impact, requiring high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and proven ability to influence cross-functionally.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience with significant time in product management (business-focused and technical backgrounds both welcome)
- Business-outcomes mindset: think in terms of ROI, revenue, and customer impact, not just features shipped
- Exceptionally high ownership: act like the CEO of your product, take responsibility for success or failure
- Comfort with high ambiguity: can define problems as well as solve them
- Proven ability to influence without authority and sell ideas to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Direct customer experience and ability to turn insights into prioritized, justified plans
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including comfort building and owning P&L or investment models
Bonus qualifications:
- Background in business development, management consulting, or other commercial roles before product
- PM experience at early-stage startups
- Experience owning a market, region, P&L, or GM-style scope
- Familiarity with Canadian P&C insurance industry, insurance brokerages, or insurtech
- Experience with B2B SaaS or AI products
