As Senior Product Manager for B2B Lifecycle, you will own the complete merchant journey from sign-up through cross-product adoption, retention, and recovery. Your mission is to unify Tabby's expanding merchant offering—which now spans BNPL, ads, fintech services, and payments—into one cohesive, connected platform experience. Key responsibilities include: - Owning end-to-end merchant lifecycle metrics: onboarding, activation, time to first value, product adoption, retention, and recovery - Creating a unified merchant journey across BNPL, ads, business accounts, and other B2B services - Building shared merchant-facing capabilities such as dashboards, self-serve flows, permissions, notifications, and lifecycle communications - Defining platform adoption standards for internal product teams, including capabilities, boundaries, and migration paths - Partnering with Design and Engineering on shared B2B foundations, design systems, front-end conventions, and operational tooling - Developing the cross-sell engine to help merchant segments discover and activate relevant products - Aligning vertical product teams, Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Risk, Compliance, Support, and Data around a prioritized roadmap - Owning key metrics including time to first value, activation rate, products per merchant, cross-sell attach rate, self-serve onboarding performance, retention, and net revenue retention You will need 5+ years of product management experience with strong B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or merchant-facing product background. Platform product experience is essential—you should have built products used by internal teams where adoption is the primary success metric. You must be comfortable delivering across multiple teams and domains without direct authority, with a systems mindset to identify shared models, states, and lifecycle stages. Strong product craft in operationally complex journeys (onboarding, KYB, self-service, admin tooling) is required, along with data-driven decision-making and excellent stakeholder management. Nice-to-have qualifications include fintech or payments experience, product-led growth expertise, and familiarity with multi-market environments like the GCC.
