As Senior Product Manager for Autonomous Agents, you will own the product strategy and execution roadmap for autonomous agents in the conversational AI domain. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of agentic AI research, real-world enterprise deployments, and platform reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define product strategy for how Netomi's agents reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks
- Own the roadmap for agent collaboration across channels (chat, voice, email, messaging) in production-grade enterprise environments
- Shape how agents understand goals, invoke tools and APIs, and manage state across long-horizon tasks
- Design failure recovery mechanisms and graceful handoff to human agents
- Establish observability standards for agent behavior monitoring
- Balance cost and latency constraints at enterprise scale
- Drive product decisions informed by real-world deployment patterns and customer needs
You should have deep understanding of what successful autonomous agent deployment looks like in production environments, including multi-turn reasoning loops, tool/workflow execution reliability, memory and context management, human-in-the-loop escalation, and enterprise-grade observability. This role requires someone who can bridge cutting-edge AI research with practical enterprise requirements.
