Unify is an AI-native outbound platform that pairs AI agents with sales reps to streamline revenue operations. The platform helps teams identify in-market buyers, enrich accounts with data from 40+ sources, and execute personalized multi-channel outreach from a single workspace. Customers report 90% time savings on list building and 19% higher output per rep. As Senior Product Manager, you'll join a small, elite product team reporting directly to founders and executives. You'll own product strategy and execution, defining what gets built and why based on deep customer understanding and business context. Key responsibilities include: owning the product roadmap and strategy alongside founders; directly managing growth engineering pods with full accountability for roadmap, prioritization, and shipping impact; taking features from concept through launch, measurement, and iteration; conducting continuous customer research and translating insights into product decisions; maintaining high UX standards across every interaction; and establishing product quality standards and decision-making frameworks for the organization. You'll work end-to-end on features, balancing speed with craftsmanship. The role requires strong product instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to ship and learn rapidly. You'll be metrics-driven, defining success criteria upfront and using data to guide iterations. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years building products at early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS companies, with a track record of shipping 0→1 products. Founder experience or early-stage startup background is valued. You should have deep product sense, UX instinct, and the ability to move fast with imperfect information. Technical fluency—reading specs, understanding system constraints, discussing tradeoffs with engineers—is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to align teams without relying on title are required. Bonus experience includes building AI-native products, automation tools, or sales/marketing tech; founding or early-employee roles at startups; and hands-on familiarity with sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
