Truecaller is a global communication safety platform trusted by over 450 million active users across 190+ countries. The company identifies 15+ billion calls daily and operates one of the largest in-app advertising platforms in its markets. This senior product management role owns the intelligence layer at the heart of Truecaller's modern, server-driven programmatic ads stack—a multi-year platform build that powers demand-supply matching across all demand channels.
You will own the platform strategy and roadmap for the decisioning, auction, and pricing systems that sit between supply and demand partners. Key responsibilities include building auction intelligence through bid landscape analysis, pricing and floor strategies, and demand orchestration; driving measurable yield improvements in eCPM, fill rate, win rate, and incremental revenue; optimizing for scale as traffic and demand partners grow; and shaping long-term architecture around traffic shaping, audience-based packaging, and curated marketplaces. You'll run a rigorous operating cadence with defined KPIs, controlled experiments, and data-driven iteration.
This is a high-ownership role working closely with engineering, data science, and supply/demand product teams. You'll need 6+ years in product management with 3+ years in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or publisher monetization. Essential expertise includes deep programmatic knowledge (unified auctions, header bidding, open bidding, mediation, oRTB), monetization fluency across the full KPI stack (eCPM, fill rate, match rate, win rate, viewability, ARPU), platform product skills with large-scale systems, strong analytical and experimentation capabilities, and stakeholder influence across engineering, data science, and sales.
Truecaller offers comprehensive compensation, learning and development allowance, retirement benefits (VPF/NPS), creche allowance, choice of computer and phone, and an office-first culture with flexibility. The company emphasizes in-person collaboration, team activities, and quarterly "Lab Days" for exploring bold ideas.
