As Senior Product Manager, you will own a core product surface end-to-end: the roadmap, execution, and metrics proving impact. You'll report to the VP of Product and partner closely with engineering and design to move initiatives from raw customer problems to shipped, adopted products. Key responsibilities include:
• Own your team's product roadmap and execution, building roadmaps that balance customer needs, business goals, product state, and market direction
• Develop deep understanding of how customers use Regal, their pain points, and opportunities to better serve them
• Partner with design to ship polished, intuitive experiences that feel accessible and trustworthy
• Lead initiatives end-to-end from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration on a weekly shipping cadence
• Drive adoption and cross-functional alignment to ensure shipped products meet customer goals
• Raise the bar for execution and culture across the product organization
Regal operates from Midtown Manhattan with an in-person culture of entrepreneurs. The role is hybrid, requiring office presence Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday with Monday/Friday optional.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally owning a key surface area at a prior company, with demonstrated ability to drive multiple initiatives end-to-end from problem through launch
• Deep familiarity with AI-driven product development; proficiency in Claude Code and Cursor with informed perspective on AI's trajectory
• Strong customer instinct with examples of translating complex technical subject matter into customer needs; design for real problems, not features
• Technical savvy with experience on developer-facing products; comfort diving into technical execution details
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong conviction, ability to lead with limited hand-holding, and comfort moving fast under ambiguity
• Deeply curious with ability to go deep on customers, product domains, and technical details; love of learning
• Strong point of view on what to build and why, grounded in curiosity and willingness to defend positions even when uncomfortable
• Excellent communication skills that bring clarity to ambiguous situations and land with diverse audiences (engineering, design, customers, executives)
• Natural leader with high standards for self and team; reliable teammate during incidents and customer needs
• Preferred: Early-stage (pre-Series C) startup experience, though what matters most is ability to go deep on any problem and return with clear product direction
