As Senior Product Manager, you will lead a product area end-to-end in Singapore with deep customer obsession and discovery-driven methodology. You will operate with an AI-native mindset, using AI to accelerate discovery, shorten cycle times, and close gaps between product, design, and engineering. Working closely with operators and partners, you will turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants while building, shipping, and delivering impact from day one.
Key responsibilities include: leading continuous discovery through interviews, data analysis, and usability testing to build deep understanding of customer needs and pain points; conducting ongoing market research, competitive benchmarking, and translating insights into strategic product decisions; using AI tools to accelerate research, PRDs, analysis, and prototyping; defining roadmap aligned with business goals and prioritizing based on impact, customer value, and effort; working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to create clear requirements and reduce friction; and defining KPIs, tracking performance, running experiments, and iterating based on data and feedback.
You bring strong product management experience with end-to-end ownership and a proven track record in hands-on online and offline customer research and discovery. You demonstrate solid experience in market research and competitive analysis, think analytically, communicate clearly, and structure problems with rigor. You use AI tools hands-on to enhance product workflows. Payment and fintech experience is a strong plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
- Proven success overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- High effectiveness managing cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering finely tuned products
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle
- Knowledge of API integration (REST)
- Basic knowledge of database, HTML, CSS
- Experience in basic software and web development
- Basic knowledge of SQL query, Javascript

- Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or high-growth marketplace
