QbDVision is seeking a Senior Product Manager to design and lead the complete lifecycle of strategic product initiatives in a regulated biotech/biopharma environment. You will own product strategy, planning, and execution from concept through launch, iteration, and growth phases, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to drive complex product areas from insight to execution. Key responsibilities include: developing and evolving product strategy and roadmaps for key areas aligned with customer needs and company goals; translating business objectives into measurable initiatives; identifying new market opportunities and competitive positioning; making informed product decisions based on user insights, data, and technical constraints; decomposing ambiguous problems into structured hypotheses and solutions; leading user research and maintaining relationships with key customers and industry partners; driving cross-functional teams through discovery, build, and monitoring phases; clearly communicating product decisions and strategy using visual frameworks; and mentoring other product managers while contributing to the development of internal product processes. You will take a more active role in strategy and leadership while remaining hands-on in execution, bridging tactical efforts with long-term vision. The role requires managing complexity, structured thinking, and the ability to independently organize work while staying aligned with company goals. Required qualifications: 5–10 years of software product management experience, preferably in a regulated environment; strong analytical skills and proficiency in product management tools; excellent written and verbal communication; experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle; proven mentoring and team development experience; and a customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability. Background in regulated software development, biopharma industry experience, and familiarity with biotech product challenges are valued.
