As Senior Product Manager, you will own a product area with clear accountability, collaborating with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, translate strategic plans into execution, and drive outcomes through discovery, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
Key responsibilities include: setting long-term vision and strategy for your product area; leading product discovery through customer interviews and validation cycles; identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation; translating user feedback into actionable requirements and prioritized backlogs; driving day-to-day execution with engineering and design; collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launches and adoption; defining and tracking success metrics; running retrospectives and product health reviews; refining team processes; and mentoring Associate and mid-level PMs.
You bring 7+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a track record of delivering impactful products. You have familiarity with AI-powered features and automation use cases, strong discovery skills, and proficiency in defining product metrics. You're comfortable in agile environments, excel at communication and documentation, and can influence both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience mentoring other PMs and familiarity with security or risk management domains is valued. Austin-based candidates are preferred.
