Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 / annual

As Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Product Lead and own the end-to-end success of new AI products and features. Your responsibilities include:
- Building, launching, and driving the success of new AI products and features from conception through market impact
- Conducting customer research to understand needs, prioritize problems, and establish long-term product roadmaps
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to develop products and create customer-loved experiences
- Contributing to the definition, strategy, and long-term vision of the product suite
- Refining products through continuous feedback loops and data-driven insights
You will work in a high-growth, dynamic startup environment where you can drive real-world impact in modernizing insurance and helping customers prevent accidents through better risk understanding.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles, ideally with 0-1 product launches
- Ability to extract customer insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong technical understanding and ability to establish credibility with engineering teams
- Scrappy, bias-to-action mindset with willingness to get hands dirty
- Owner mentality with accountability for results
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams to ship products on aggressive timelines
- Experience working successfully in high-growth, dynamic startup environments
- B2B and/or Fintech product experience is a plus
- Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) preferred; MS, PhD, or MBA is a plus
