Level Access is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and develop a core product domain within their accessibility platform. You will drive strategy execution, systems thinking, and AI-enabled product development across multiple squads, focusing on helping enterprise customers efficiently improve and maintain digital accessibility in production environments.
In this role, you will be accountable for defining and implementing key product strategy areas, translating strategic intent into executable multi-quarter roadmaps, and validating direction through customer and market signals. You will serve as a thought partner within the product organization, modeling best practices in AI-powered product discovery, high-rigor experimentation, and scalable delivery.
Core responsibilities include: owning a significant product area and driving execution against defined strategy; leading product discovery and delivery using AI-enabled workflows; partnering with engineering and data science to deliver trustworthy, measurable AI-powered features; serving as the product manager across one or more squads with accountability for outcomes; maintaining deep understanding of customer workflows and enterprise environments; and mentoring other PMs while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
You will balance innovation with platform quality and scalability, drive complex initiatives from discovery through general availability, and stay informed on digital accessibility standards and regulatory trends. The role requires strong technical fluency, data literacy, and the ability to influence across disciplines without direct authority.
Required: 5+ years as a Product Manager with demonstrated success at Senior PM level; experience owning strategy and execution for complex platform or SaaS products; ability to deliver outcomes across multiple squads; strong technical fluency including modern web technologies and system architecture; experience shipping AI-enabled or data-driven features; high data literacy with metrics definition and experimentation; strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
Preferred: experience with AI-enabled product discovery practices; background building products for enterprise or technically sophisticated users; familiarity with digital accessibility standards; comfort driving alignment without direct authority.
