Legora is an AI-native legal software platform trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including top-tier law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates teams across Europe, North America, and APAC.
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of Legora's core user-facing product areas—such as drafting, tabular review, task management, or research and regulatory products. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to build entirely new categories of legal software that help hundreds of thousands of legal professionals work faster and smarter.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end strategy and execution for a core product area
- Building 0-to-1 products from concept through launch, iterating rapidly on user feedback
- Partnering closely with design and engineering to ship polished, AI-native experiences
- Deeply understanding legal workflows and translating them into intuitive, opinionated product decisions
- Shaping how legal professionals work with and trust AI in their day-to-day work
- Running experiments, instrumenting metrics, and turning data and qualitative insights into a prioritized roadmap
- Moving fast in a high-growth environment while maintaining quality and user impact focus
You bring:
- Senior-level experience building user-facing products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- A proven track record of shipping 0-to-1 products with major user impact
- Hands-on experience building AI-native products where AI is central to the experience
- Strong product judgment balancing qualitative insight with quantitative rigor
- Excellent collaboration skills with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams
- Genuine interest in simplifying complex software and revolutionizing legacy professions
- High standards, low ego, bias toward ownership and outcomes
